Fact: The most significant philanthropic gift to the arts in Australia was from a man who made his fortune selling drugs - an eccentric pharmacist Alfred Felton.
Fact: Alfred Felton lived and died at the Espy, a former seaside resort turned live music institution that was up until recently boarded up.
Question: What could a live music experience be like throughout all five levels of this restored Melbourne icon... with that history as backdrop?
